How To Get There

These stones are about 1.5 miles southwest of Holyhead at SH 227 809. I'm afraid that's about the best I can offer for now as I didn't have any OS maps with me, just a road atlas and my usual array of guidebooks.

The farmhouse which stands about 100 yards away from these stones has a most enviable view from its rear windows. The stones stand around 10 feet high (guesswork whilst on-site) and are thought to be Bronze Age in origin.

I have yet to find any more information about these megaliths despite pouring over my books. If anyone can tell me any more then I would love to know! Despite having little information about these stones this was probably my favourite from our day on Anglesey.
