How To Get There

From Menai Bridge follow the A5025 north until you get to Llanallgo. Here take a right turn up a narrow lane to the north. About half a mile up this lane the road widens a little and the site is just off the road to the left.

The size of this capstone amazed me, it totally dwarfs the tiny stones holding it up. It weighs in at 28 tons and covers the burial chamber which is thought to have been used during both the Neolithic and Bronze Age.

Just to the north of here, along the same lane is Din Lligwy settlement.
